About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Business Operations Manager who will oversee the overall business operations to ensure efficient operation, meet or exceed customer expectations, and achieve financial performance goals.
The Ideal Candidate- Must have strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills with systematic and logical work style.
- Be a consistent catalyst of achievement and motivation to effect change and improve performance.
- Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and utilize effective time management skills.
- Align directions, services, performance, actions, and results with long-term customer, staff, and organizational development and success.
- Engage and enable all staff to grow and succeed through training, coaching, communication, feedback, demonstration, and encouragement.
- Manage inventory to ensure high fill rates and minimal obsolescence.
- Review performance and develop training and improvement plans.
- Monitor safety and quality standards and develop improvement activities.
- Manage and review department budgets to ensure cost-effective processes.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth in sales.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve growth in sales.
- Proven and strong management and leadership skills.
- A business degree is strongly preferred; however, candidates with equivalent experience in management and leadership roles will also be considered.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
