Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MANITOBA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a permanent work term and 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
