Food Service Supervisor

GoGrill is a dynamic food service company seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
Job DescriptionThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising staff, maintaining high-quality customer service standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflow. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and train a team of cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and quality control;
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction;
- Ensure accurate inventory management, minimize waste, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment;
- Participate in menu planning, pricing, and recipe development to drive sales growth and profitability;
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field;
- Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software;
- Certifications in food safety, sanitation, and handling (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe).
