We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Banking Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on a range of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services, including investments, credit, and everyday banking.
- Collaborate with other RBC partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive and tailored advice.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and provide personalized solutions.
- Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
- Quebec – Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance, offered through the Canadian Securities Institute.
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required.
