Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or safety concerns
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Home Care Attendant Certificate or Health Care Aide Certificate with community component
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English/French)
  • Previous experience working with the elderly or disabled in a community setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with a variable schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to provide a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
