Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate budget reports and cost estimates to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
