Job Summary

Interior Health Authority is seeking a permanent full-time Mental Health Substance Use Worker to join our progressive team at the Vernon Addictions Services in Vernon, B.C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for clients with substance use problems or disorders, as well as concurrent substance use and mental health problems.
  • Function as a primary clinician utilizing specialized treatment modalities and therapies for individuals, groups, and families.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) healthcare team and the MHSU multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely and responsive treatment and clinical supports.

Requirements
