Hotel Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures for daily hotel operations to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
  • Performance Reviews and Training: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training sessions to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Implement marketing activities to promote the hotel and its services.
  • Policies and Procedures Enforcement: Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for front desk staff to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
