Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the General Medical Nursing Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
- Certifications: Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) and registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical nursing unit
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070
- Part-time Regular Position: 10 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4 weeks
