Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator is a key role in the General Medical Nursing Unit at Royal University Hospital. This position is responsible for navigating and coordinating patient flow, ensuring efficient workflow and effective bed management. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the specific clinical area, with supervisory experience being an asset. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) is required, with a nursing diploma being acceptable. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for advocating for patients and families, identifying supply and equipment needs, and assisting with staff scheduling. This is a full-time regular position with 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks. The salary range is $42.040 to $52.440.
Responsibilities:

- Assist with staff scheduling and coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in the specific clinical area
