Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. As a key member of our Canadian Business Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions to meet their financial needs.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in sales and relationship management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of Bank's commercial lending and deposit products and services.

The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in Coquitlam, BC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing client relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the full range of Bank's commercial lending and deposit products and services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit risk management, operations, and sales teams, to ensure seamless delivery of service to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank's commercial lending and deposit products and services, as well as customer profitability models.
