About the Role:
Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is seeking a skilled Account Transfers Administrator to join our Operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transfer-in and transfer-out requests, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Investigate and resolve transfer-related issues, communicating effectively with clients and institutions.
- Reconcile daily transfer control accounts, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with various account types, including non-registered and registered accounts.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the brokerage industry and/or experience in a related field.
- Completion of a financial services industry program or enrollment in a relevant course.
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English.
- Familiarity with ATON, Dataphile, Fundserv, CDS, Arrow, and DTCC.
