Account Transfers Specialist

About the Role:
Fidelity Clearing Canada is seeking a skilled Account Transfers Administrator to join our Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transfer-in and transfer-out requests, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Investigate and resolve transfer-related issues, communicating effectively with clients and institutions.
- Reconcile daily transfer control accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role, with a strong understanding of account types and financial services.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the brokerage industry and experience with ATON, Dataphile, Fundserv, CDS, Arrow, and DTCC.
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English.
