About the Role

Aworks Tiling LTD. is seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with tiles. You will also mix, apply, and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using a hand trowel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare rough plans and sketches to ensure accurate tile placement.
  • Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to the base.
  • Align and straighten tiles to ensure a professional finish.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
  • Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout.
  • Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural, and floor designs.
  • Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires, and brackets.
  • Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite.
  • Mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces.
  • Install tile strips.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
