Job Title: Tile Setter

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at J.Y Tiling LTD. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing and finishing tile surfaces in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and apply adhesives using hand trowels
  • Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to the base
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles
  • Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural, and floor designs
  • Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite
  • Mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
