Job Title: Tile Setter

We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at JY SHINWOO CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The Tile Setter will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles in various settings, including residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting tiles around obstacles.
  • Apply adhesives and grout to ensure a strong and durable bond between tiles.
  • Install tile strips and mosaic tiles to create decorative designs.
  • Cut and polish marble and granite to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Mix and lay terra surfaces to create a durable and attractive finish.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in tile setting.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The Tile Setter will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dusty environment and handle heavy loads.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Work Schedule:

The Tile Setter will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
