Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SHREE YOGESHWAR INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are on hand
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales and inventory data
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the food service area is clean and well-maintained
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure.
