Job Description

Flexstaf IT is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage various aspects of projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Assume primary ownership of project deliverables and provide day-to-day direction to the project team.
  • Scope Management: Manage and control project scope, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Resource Planning: Oversee project resources, work plans, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and integrate efforts across all project teams to achieve cohesive outcomes.
  • Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess at least five (5) years managing Information Technology (IT) projects. A valid PMP Certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in project lifecycles and project planning, including resource, cost, and schedule estimation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage projects in Public Sector organizations.
  • Proven experience working on SAP projects, with exposure to large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.

Candidates with expertise in one or more SAP areas, including S/4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, or SuccessFactors, will be given preference. Liaison skills, including ability to act as an intermediary between SAP/System Integrator consultants and Business SMEs, are also highly valued.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
