We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at PayPal Canada Co.
About the RoleThe Financial Director will be responsible for leading our financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes coordinating the organization's financial operations, directing staff, motivating staff, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
Key Responsibilities- Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
- Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
- Direct staff and motivate them to achieve financial goals
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Design and manage investment strategies
- Advise senior management on financial matters
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial management. They will also have strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
