Job Title: Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at PayPal Canada Co. in a permanent position.

Job Summary

The Financial Director will be responsible for leading our financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This role will involve assigning financial projects and activities to workers, coordinating financial operations, and directing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and motivate them to achieve financial goals
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve financial objectives
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
Work Environment

The Financial Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
