We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at SHUBH FINANCIAL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Operational Management: Ensure the effective management of day-to-day operations, including human resources, facilities, and technology.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and market positioning.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a financial services organization.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
