Job Title: Strategic Financial Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Director to join our team at American Freightliner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks
  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
