Security Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at UCCO SECURITY SERVICES INC. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security services, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our security equipment and machinery.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the quality and production levels of our security services meet the highest standards.
- Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our security operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
