We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at WrapN'Roll inc. in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu offerings, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate suppliers
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to optimize profitability
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Proven track record of managing kitchen budgets and controlling costs
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP)
- Experience with menu planning and development
- Knowledge of nutritional information and allergens
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and kitchen management software
