We are seeking an experienced Advisor Assistant to support our President and Managing Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client meetings, appointment preparation, providing exceptional service to clients, and handling insurance applications, reports, and product updates.

Key Qualifications and Expertise

  • Experience in a fast-paced insurance environment with high attention to detail.
  • LLQP license required.
  • Proficient in living benefits and permanent life insurance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with various software programs.
  • Positive self-starter who can work successfully in a small team environment.
  • Effective multi-tasker with high attention to detail.
  • Previous insurance experience necessary (Life or Disability).
