About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Wellanding Immigration Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of financial records.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and security.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a business services or consulting firm.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
