Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Peak Products Manufacturing. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Home Depot associates at all levels
  • Conduct regular store walks and provide feedback to store managers and regional managers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Home Depot
  • Support and execute new product launches and store resets
  • Manage and maintain planogram data base
  • Attend weekly Home Depot meetings and participate fully
  • Captain all Road Shows in your region
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or account management, particularly in the home improvement industry
  • Superior work ethic and self-starter
  • Ability and willingness to travel by car and plane
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to execute and manage competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
