Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

The Peak Group of Companies is a leading home improvement company, supplying innovative products throughout Canada and the US. We are a highly valued, strategic partner of Home Depot, with a unique business platform that perfectly aligns with their do-it-yourself and professional customer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share for Peak and Home Depot, achieving sales targets, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets and grow Peak and Home Depot market share.
  • Analyze sales reports and create action plans to address underperforming and over-performing stores.
  • Maintain professionalism as a Peak representative and foster strong relationships with Home Depot associates at all levels.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Home Depot, including product launches and store resets.
  • Support and execute new product launches, co-ordinate and monitor the successful implementation of store resets and/or remodels, and plan and attend special store events.
  • Creating and maintaining Planogram data base and attending weekly Home Depot Meeting and fully participating.
  • Captain all Road Shows in your region and plan and share a monthly schedule of your store walks in advance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or account management, particularly in the home improvement industry.
  • Superior work ethic and self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel by car and plane, with a valid driver's license.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred, but not required.
