Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified ESL Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to adult learners. The instructor will be required to work on-site at our Oshawa and Pickering locations, teaching virtual, synchronous classes.

Responsibilities
  • Teach ESL classes to adult learners
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a positive learning environment
Qualifications
  • TESL certification
  • Experience working with adults an asset
  • Trained in PBLA
  • Comfort and experience working in an online learning environment preferred
