Airport Security Specialist

**About the Role**

As a Pre-Board Screening Officer with GardaWorld, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the travelling public. Your responsibilities will include screening passengers and their belongings, controlling access to restricted areas, and responding to alarms and incidents.

**Responsibilities**

* Screen passengers and their belongings to ensure compliance with security regulations
* Control access to restricted areas and respond to alarms and incidents
* Participate in emergency operations within the airport

**Requirements**

* Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Clean criminal record and eligible for RAIC (security clearance)
* 18 years of age or older
* English verbal and written skills
* Must be located near Kuujjuaq or willing to relocate before starting
