Full-time, permanent position

This role involves supporting and maintaining IT system applications for our business partner, iA Special Markets. The successful candidate will develop an architectural roadmap, plan for technological obsolescence, and contribute to the strategic roadmap to help our partners achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital transformation, large-scale projects, and enterprise architecture frameworks. They will be able to handle multiple dimensions of a complex project simultaneously and have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps
  • Plan for technological obsolescence
  • Contribute to strategic roadmaps
  • Translate requirements into solutions
  • Ensure delivery aligns with system and architectural standards
  • Reinforce and ensure standards are adhered to
  • Provide technological expertise and recommendations
  • Participate in IT processes
  • Ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met
  • Provide governance leadership for solution reviews
  • Ensure integrity and quality of solutions
  • Maintain traceability of architectural decisions
  • Collaborate to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business intelligence, information systems, or related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in digital transformation and large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Experience with Mainframe (COBOL, DB2) and/or PowerBuilder applications
