Job Title: Software Solution Architecture Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solution Architecture Advisor to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company and ensuring the successful delivery of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet our system and architectural standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the use of new design approaches, security, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in the development of our IT processes and ensure compliance with enterprise frameworks.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of our solutions, from design to delivery.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of 3 years as an architecture professional.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence and guide others.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience designing high-volume, high-availability applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:
