Job Description

At Leger, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Director to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading research projects, developing and validating measurement tools, and providing expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relations and Project Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage research projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Business Development: Identify business opportunities, collaborate with the VP to develop and implement business strategies, and participate in the development of service proposals.
  • Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a dynamic work environment, provide guidance and support to research analysts, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., market research, business, or social sciences).
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in market research or strategic consulting, with a proven track record of project management and client relations.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, SPSS/Stat XP, and other relevant tools; advanced statistical techniques, such as segmentation and conjoint analysis; and excellent writing and presentation skills.
