The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising other workers and ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and adjustments to various systems and equipment
  • Supervise other workers and ensure the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding

  • Reliability
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Building Maintenance Worker will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
