Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Department Manager to join our team at Atlantic Superstore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our SAP operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise SAP staff to maintain accurate inventory levels and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency in all areas, meeting sales goals and budgets.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize sales and gross profit by optimizing inventory levels and stock positions.
  • Hire and train part-time staff, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Schedule colleagues, ensuring compliance with our scheduling practices and controlling wage costs.
  • Interpret and administer company policies, ensuring compliance with employee guidelines.
  • Maintain the condition of service counters, production areas, and offices, adhering to 5's standards.
  • Ensure the safety and sanitation of assigned work areas, including the backshop.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accept responsibility for department metrics, leadership, and colleague engagement.
  • Three to five years' experience in the food service or retail service industry.
  • Prior management experience is an asset.
  • Grade 12 Diploma (GED or equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of data analytics.
