Relevant du Superviseur Inventaire et Expédition, le titulaire est responsable du contrôle des inventaires du site et de plusieurs activités à valeur ajoutée. En collaboration avec l’équipe du centre de distribution, des usines, de l’équipe qualité, du service à la clientèle et de l’équipe de planification le titulaire fera un contrôle rigoureux du processus de réceptions, de l’exactitude de l’inventaire et de l’intégrité des produits. Le titulaire agit à titre de référence en termes de connaissances du système d’information SAP. De plus, le titulaire supporte l’équipe de gestion et de superviseurs au quotidien, s’assure l’exécution optimale des opérations de distribution et de transport, tout en répondant aux standards de service auprès des clients. De plus, le titulaire veille à ce que les opérations de distribution et transport respectent nos capacités et s’assure que la fluidité opérationnelle supporte nos indicateurs de performance.

Plus précisément, le titulaire du poste:
Contrôle l’ensemble des activités liés aux inventaires ; Assure l’exactitude de l- ’inventaire ; Exécute les transactions dans le système d
- ’information ; Organise et fait le suivi de diverses activités en lien avec l
- ’inventaire ; Gère l’inventaire en respectant les norme qualité de l
- ’ACIA; Surveille les capacités de l’entrepôts et prend action lorsque n
- écessaire S’assure de ne pas manquer de matières premières pour les op
- érations

Contrôle la documentation des réceptions de camions et conteneurs : S’assure que les normes sont respect- ées ; S’assure de la conformit
- é des produits ;
Responsable du bon fonctionnement du système d’information SAP Agit
- à tire de super usager et est le point de contact pour tout enjeu avec SAP

S’assure d’une constante communication entre les caristes, superviseurs et l’
- équipe de gestion ; Toutes autres t
- âches connexes ;

Vous avez un Diplôme d’études collégiales ou Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, logistique ou op
- érations; Vous cumulez plus de deux (2) années d’exp
- érience dans un poste similaire; Bonne connaissance des systèmes informatis
- és (Oracle un atout, suite Office); Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et
- écrit); Autonomie, talents de communicateur, soucis du service à la clientèle, travail d’
- équipe; rigueur; Faire preuve de dynamisme, de rigueur et d’un bon sens de l
