Responsibilities:

* Direct and supervise SAP staff to maintain efficient in-stock positions and provide excellent customer service
* Ensure productivity within all areas is efficient, meeting expectations within each department
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times
* Maximize sales and gross profit by maintaining optimal inventory levels and in-stock positions
* Hire and train part-time staff
* Support and schedule colleagues, ensuring compliance with scheduling practices and wage control
* Interpret and administer company policy, ensuring compliance with employee guidelines
* Maintain the condition of service counters, production areas, and offices (5's standards)
* Ensure the safety and sanitation of assigned work areas, including the backshop

Requirements:

* Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Accept responsibility for department metrics, leadership, and colleague engagement
* Three to five years' experience in the food service/retail service industry is beneficial
* Prior management experience is beneficial
* Grade 12 Diploma (GED or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of data analytics
