About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and executing territory and account plans to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipelines and funnels to ensure timely and effective sales execution
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets, gross margins, and expense budgets
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new accounts within the assigned territory to convert into profitable sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and growth
  • Participate in tradeshows, networking events, and social platforms to promote Mark's Commercial and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead by example to foster a positive and productive team culture

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma with a major in business or equivalent, with a focus on marketing and sales management
  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Successful candidate must be bilingual (French and English)
  • Proven track record of sales success with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to build and deliver sales presentations, with a strong negotiation and communication skillset
  • Travel required within the region, with occasional attendance at national sales meetings
