Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide essential assistance to clients in various settings. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring support.

Employment Details
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 60 hours per week
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking
  • Various locations including clients' homes
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside and personal care
  • Administer prescribed medications
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
  • Support clients in regular physical activities, such as walking
  • Change non-sterile dressings as needed
  • Assist with feeding and meal preparation
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals

  • CPR Certificate
