We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the finance and insurance department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on manufacturer products, rebates, financing, insurance, warranties, leasing, and incentive programs to provide customers with the best possible options.
- Present customers with a menu of available package options to ensure they are fully informed and satisfied with their purchase.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare all necessary documentation, contracts, and reports related to vehicle sales and financing.
- Collaborate with financial institutions, manufacturer finance centers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless transactions and sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain open communication with customers and staff throughout the sales process.
- You have previous experience in finance and insurance, preferably in the automotive industry.
- You possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- AMVIC certification is an asset, as is experience with Dealership Management Systems.
- You are committed to delivering world-class customer service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a growth mindset and are eager to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
