Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Razors Edge Barber Shoppe. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing invoices and reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring high-quality and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
