  • Cultivate and Enhance Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing automotive partners to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Product Expertise: Establish yourself as a product expert on our automotive finance offerings, effectively advocating their value to clients and partners.
  • Communication and Support: Maintain proactive, ongoing communication with clients and partners to assist with loan documentation processing and provide timely responses to inquiries.
  • Outbound Engagement Strategies: Execute effective outbound engagement strategies to strengthen partner relationships and drive business growth.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Actively collect and relay client feedback to the Automotive Manager for continual program improvement.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, setting clear objectives to achieve team goals and deliver support for GPS tracking systems as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication, with proficiency in using computer systems and applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Professional Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English and French, with a history of working within the automotive sector considered an asset.
  • Availability: Full-time availability to work in our office.
