About the Role

Milestones Southcentre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
