Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Saigon Chef Restaurant LTD.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements for successful execution
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
  • Accommodate customers with dietary restrictions by preparing special dishes
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations and inventory
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week
  • English language proficiency
