We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kunal Bharatendu Personal Real Estate Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and have efficient interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in project coordination and be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be fluent in English. They will work 30 to 40 hours per week and will be a permanent employee.
