Beauty Expert Opportunity

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Beauty Expert. As a key member of our Experience Center, you will provide exceptional hair and wellness expertise to our guests. Your passion for creating true beauty and making a difference in the world will shine through in your interactions with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized hair and wellness consultations to guests
  • Teach guests how to use our products effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or Esthiology license/certificate preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Desire to learn and attend company-required meetings and education
