About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Boutique Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Boutique staff
    • Coach and train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Beauty Boutique, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience
    • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in the retail or beauty industry
  • Skills:
    • Proven sales and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
