Business Development Manager

Caringpeople healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Co-ordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Program Revision: Coordinate the revision of programs to align with business objectives and market trends.
- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluation and Planning: Evaluate daily operations and plan for future growth and development.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to stakeholders.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and optimal business outcomes.
- Communication Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote business growth.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
- Youth Employment: Participate in programs that support youth employment.
- Veterans: Participate in programs that support Veterans.
- Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, offer mentorship and coaching, and develop relationships with Indigenous communities.
- Mature Workers: Participate in programs that support mature workers.
- Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support visible minorities, apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, and offer mentorship programs.
