Job Title: Office Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Kinetix Wellness. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
