About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join our internal publishing team at Rovio. As a key member of our central team, you will contribute to the development and execution of our community strategy, supporting the launch and live operations of our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support game growth and player experience
  • Collaborate with game teams to bring actionable feedback and improve player experience
  • Work with marketing teams and external partners to create engaging content and promote our games
  • Manage relationships with key influencers and moderators, staying up-to-date with community management and social media trends
Requirements
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing online gaming communities on social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including long-form content creation
  • Comfortable representing the game and company to the community
  • Ability to process large amounts of information rapidly and collaborate with multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with script-writing for video content
